How ill can I actually get from making myself sick 3-4 times every 2 days?
I started last year about June, but then I stopped in September. I've started again, about a week ago, and I want to stop but I can't.
I don't think I can get ill from only doing it basically 3-4 times every 2 days. I try to avoid doing it every day.
I can't can I?

Even if I've had a healthy meal I still feel like it's going to pile weight on me, so I just do it.
Is this normal?
