My mom always makes pancakes in the morning, for a hot breakfast. She makes them small and thin. I tend to eat 3 with a glass of water. My old friend saw me, and told me it looks like I lose a bit of weight. I feel like I might tend to gain a few pounds, but it's getting colder here. And the food seems to keep me full, until lunch. I eat around 7 am. for breakfast and lunch is around 11:30( I eat a deli sandwich and chips)
