hello i need help to trigger my lower abs
ive been doing regular crunchs but it only helps my uper abs
so my stomach is still flabby at the bottem
im 13 and i weigh 98 pounds at the moment
i want to get down to 90 PLEASE
so help me!
i need my lower abs fit within the week
and i just need regular work outs not somthing i have to do with dumbells or balls or anything like that!!
