I am 33 years old. I've had 3 children(youngest is 7) and I haven't eaten very good. I've been on the low carb diet and "combo-pilling" with Relacore and Zantrex 3 for almost a month. I also do about 20 min a day (everyday) of cardio, I walk 2 miles, and I do about 20 min a day of ab workouts. I've lost 10 pounds so far and the scale hasn't budged in a week. What should I do? I need to lose about 10-15 more pounds in like 33 days.
