Thread: love handles! ! ! ! :-(?

iv got a slim waist,, not a lot of fat,,but 2 love handles that make my waist look a bit awkward,, we got cam in abt 3 month and i wanna look my best, waht can i do to get rid of my love handles?? oh btw im 16 and go to gym, im not fat just incalse u wanna know

the best way is to exercise regurlarly and eat a balanced diet.(by the way it doesnt matter how you look it's what you are on the inside.)

I've got pretty much the same problem. However, I've been jogging for 2 miles on the treadmill and been doing 8 minute abs (the routine can be found by typing 8 minute abs into youtube) My love handles are almost gone now.
