Ill start with basic info..
I'm 16, female, 5'9 or so and between 130-140 lbs. I'm active in sports, and do cardio 30 mins a day, 6 days a week. I also do strength training 3 days a week. Right now I'm eating an average of 2000 calories a day to maintain weight.

However, I haven't had a period in a very long time.. Im extremely concerned about this, but don't have anyway to see a doctor right now. Technically, I'm eating the perfect amount of calories.. Im not sexually active/pregnant.. I can't think of anything else that would cause loss of period besides diet!
I look perfectly healthy, not too thin.


Any advice or opinions would be great.. Im really starting to worry. I love being active and don't want to change that
