Ok, so I have a large bone structure. My ribcage is large etc and I hate that. Problem is I always had enough fat so you could just see the very bottom of my rib cage. Now I have been running about 3 miles every day and I didn't expect to see results so quickly. The problem is now when I look in the mirror, it looks like my ribcage is physically sticking out and my stomach sucking in if that makes sense but it isn't attractive. With the size of my ribcage, I don't like it. If I do upper abdominal exercises, will this be less noticeable as I start to gain muscle in that area? Thanks.
