I know that exercise is the best way to reduce, but I was wondering about those programs that say you can lose all the weight and look good quickly. Is this false? For example, if a person was very fat and then lost all the weight quickly, what would happen to all of the skin that was surrounding the fat? I know that when you exercise and lose weight, your skin would gradually shrink to fit your shape as you were losing the fat, at a natural rate. But with these lose-weight-fast programs, wouldn't the the rapid loss of fat leave you with big flaps of skin? Would that shrink in time too? Or would you have to get it removed with surgery if you wanted to look good?
