I've been losing weight at a good pace but in the last week I've lost more than usual. The scale is showing me a smaller number every day...but my body just feels like it is getting bigger. I haven't been exercising a whole lot lately, and I've been eating healthy foods but a lot of them throughout the day.
I don't have any proof that I'm getting bigger but I just feel like I am.

What's up with this? Am I just paranoid? Because I have been eating a lot and exercising very little and losing more, but before when I did the exact oppoosite I wasn't losing as much!!
