I am chunky in my middle section being my thighs and stomach. I want to lose weight, i was thinking about 10 pounds or something. Are there any tips etc... What to eat/not. And excersises.

u could run 30 minutes everyday
or if u have comcast on demand they have some really great exercise stuff on there good luck
Eat a well balanced diet with Fruit and/ or veg. at every meal. Exercise daily. but no accesivly
when u find out, tell me how
Reduced calorie diet. Healthy type foods. Start doing resistance training, with cardio on your off days.
Train hard - eat right - rest properly.
Cardio and dieting will get you there. Don't starve yourself 5/6 small meals is a good idea a day.
Run/cycle.
Try crunches and ab exercises they'll tone you.
