I'm trying really hard to lose some belly fat. I'm 5 feet tall and weigh 113 pounds, (I use to weigh 160 pounds). I'm doing everything I can to lose some fat from my stomach and from my legs. I really don't know the right amount of calories I need to eat. I've been eating 800 or 900 calories. Sometimes I get scared of eating too much because I think I might gain all the weight back. I just need advice by losing 5 or 6 pounds and some belly fat from my stomach.
