Hi, I'm 19 years old and weigh 140Ib. I am about 5'6 so I know that my weight for my height is not bad but I want to loose weight and get toned. Does anyone have any special tricks or excersises that worked to tone their tummies and legs. I don't eat ANY vegitables they taste discusting to me (like dirt to be exact). I watch my weight by the calories I take in but now I am ready to tone up!
