All you need to know is I gained about 3-4 lbs. over the summer and I want to loose it again by the begging of school. It won't be easy for me bc im not overweight. V\Can someone give me a pretty basic routine or diet to go on to make this easily possible, and to KEEP IT OFF! thanks [: very much!
