Loose 18 lbs in 14 days?
how? i want to loose it for back to school on the second, i need to drop it fast! what can i do to loose but not gain it all back? and anything ot help with my lack of will poweer? please help, i want to do this so bad! i cant do anything to crazy with my meals, i live at home and my dads home for dinner.... but i could say i already ate on some days! im not to great with sticking to it so please help, oh and i love running, biking, swimming, and yoga! im veggetarian and i have limited money to spend on products and pills...
