okay whatsup so my whole lyfe ive been "the skinny girl" my friends used to say cause they alwayu thought i was so skinny. Well over the winter because of personal reasons i let myself gain weight - a lot. I am now really on the bridge between normal and fat, but slightly closer to fat i've just gotten kinda large. im switching schools due to a move and i dont want to be called fat when i go (im starting high school ahhhhh!!!!) so this summer i just want to go back to a normal and kind of skinny size, not real real skinny, just petite because i have a petite face and frame and need the body to match. So plz, can anyone give me some help, like what excersises should i do each day and how do i control my out of conrtol eating? thankyou soo much
