I play basketball a few times a week at the gym and I definitely need to start lifting regularly. Would it be better for me to lift before or after playing. Couple things to keep in mind.
1) I'd lift about the same amount either way. I have trouble pushing myself so a few sets on a few lifts will be it.
2) I don't really care if lifting affects my shot. It's casual and I'm not great anyways.
