Thread: ladies: question about periods??

i feel like i can "squeeze" out blood during my period....is that normal? and also when i stand up after sitting down for a while, it feels like jello-ish chunks of blood are being squeezed out of me. i think it's just the uterus tissue stuff coming out, but still...????
does this happen for anyone else?
