I do not fall to sleep for hours when I get to bed and when I do it is only for a little while and then I go back to sleep for a few hours. I hate this routine. can any women advice me on what to take to help me sleep a good nights sleep at night every night? this is important to me. I take rivotrill at night but I find that is not helping me anymore. the doctor was going to prescribe sleeping tablets for me yesterday but he must of forgot as I walked out the room. Besides sleeping tablets do not work for me. If the is a strong sleeping tablet on the market can you tell me the name of it? or I need advice on what to take before I go to sleep at night to help me sleep? please honest answers. I hate all this night sweat too as I am restless most nights now and have to sleep with my fan on, help
