tampax through the day and towels at night .Never heard of menstrual caps

I've used pads and tampons. I like pads better. I have never heard of a menstrual cup, it sounds gross.

i use Pads, only because tampons hurt me, and because my period is too heavy for tampons.

I use pads. For swimming and such though, i'll use tampons. Really, I don't know anyone who's tried a menstrual cup; I think they may be decent to use.
