Thread: Are Kinoki pads any good?

I've heard detoxifying your body is important and you can do this by drinking plenty of water, vegetable and fruit juice. But recently I've seen Kinoki pads on commercials, claiming to detoxify your body as you sleep.. is this true? are they good?

I've seen em too. I wonder if they actually work. I don't know if they do or not. I guess the best way to find out is to try them yourself.

most likely, no. you cant trust most things on tv, and those things just look like they take the dead skin cells off of your feet.
