Hey. Around September last year (when I was 14) I weighed 110kg! That's right! VERY FAT.

Now I am very tall (6ft 2). I lost heaps of weight through dieting last year. I got down to 93kg! But over the past two or three weeks I've been putting some on again. I'm now on about 95-96kg. I don't want to go up again because I am happy like I am. I still want to get down to around 88-90kg. How do I do this?

I have this weird problem. If I just begin to starve myself (that isn't a bad thing!) I think about how well I'm doing then I give in after 40 hours or so and eat heaps! I need something to do to take my mind of eating! How do I loose weight?

What do I do?
