How can you really keep track of all of the calories you eat each day? I would find this hard because what would you do if you were out somewhere and you had something to eat at a restaurant (that don't have their nutritional info on the web/avaliable to you)? or what if you eat something that you cook yourself and you don't know how much you eat? Can someone please explain to me how because i would really like to start having one! thank you in advance!
