Should I do it just like the directions say for taking both? Like take SuperPump250 about 30 minutes before my workout and drink SizeOn during the whole workout? And it says on days off to take both, but do I really have to?

Also, should I take about the same amount of servings for SizeOn as I do with SuperPump? I used to take SuperPump 250 and took about 2 servings so should I just use the same amount? Thanks.
