I know everyone knows how in shape these girls are, can someone please tell me how do they stay in shape.

1. I know for a fact they are on some special cereal diet, can someone tell me what their daily menu is like

2. I know for a fact they exercise EVERYDAY. Can someone tell me what they do? do they run 1 mile, 2 miles ? How many situps or what kind of crunches do they do?
