So it's been one week since I got braces on. So far, I'm getting pretty used to the weird flossing method (though it takes me roughly 20 minutes to do!) and brushing four times a day. More importantly though, eating food is getting less painful. However, I do find myself having some pain with some of the harder stuff. Should I keep expecting improvement?

Also, I find salad is the absolute worst food for sticking to braces.
