If I stay within 1200-1600 calories, eat good meals still (protein, starches, veggies, fruit...) AND have some chips (in moderation) or sugary cereal or a cookie, but im still within my calorie limit, wont I still maintain weight? Why is everyone on here telling me to maintain my weight I need to "watch fats and sugar and skip chips" isnt eliminating things from a diet going to cause you o binge later or yo yo diet?? a calie is a calorie is a calorie isnt it?

by the way: Im in good health, no high blood sugar or cholesterol problems or anything. Im thin and excercise about 3 times a week mostly for fun and to relieve stress.
