i have started to go swimming since 3 months ago, foy my abs. i don’t go to gym, cuz i don’t want to have big muscles but tight ones. it comes to a problem: my abs grow irregularly, one(right) of the muscles in the middle is 1.5 times bigger than the other one beside, or you can say "longer". i found it strange cuz i tought that swimming was one of the sports to help grow muscles regular, neat, and ordered..... how did it happen? should i stop swimming? or what extra exercise should i work on?
ps. my abs are not so clear. i think there might be a good solution.
