Thread: Injury? Unsure if this is okay?

I fell down a flight of stairs in September hitting concrete steps with metal edge. Sadly I hit my buttock and lower back pretty good. There was bruising but that has gone away. The muscle in my buttock is indented and is still indented now, there is some numbness on the buttock cheek. I know its embarrassing but I don't think that the muscle should be split and indented the way it is. It feels like a split in the cheek. Very strange. Any ideas? Is this bad? Anyone had anything like this?
