I injured my back squatting yesterday. I was on my sixth rep and as soon as I started to come back up I felt a terrible tweak in my lower back. I didn't hear anything pop or anything like that.
I could work out no more and now when I attempt to arch my back backwards even the slightest bit, I get a sharp pain in the middle of my lower back. Also when I bend forward it hurts in same spot. I've iced and taken ibuprofen since injury. Thoughts on what I did?
