Index finger hurts. what could be the problem.?

I am a software engineer. I had carpal tunnel symdrome and got operated for that. It helped in relieving some of my symptoms related to tingling, wrist pain etc...

My index finger has been hurting for almost 2 years( I had CTS surgery 6 months back). all finger tips are also very sensitive. When I type the joints (index finger) closest and farthest to the nail hurt. Icing the farthest joint gave temporary relief. Did not ice the other joint. At times all finger joints joining my right palm hurt too.

Slight pain persists even after I stop working.

I know that talking to doctor is the best course of action. But I want to know what you guys think. Please tell me your opinion.

My elbows also pain sometimes. I dislocated my right shoulder when I was 8 yrs old. My right knee and right foot & ankle hurt too. I am using orthotics for foot pain. Rheum
