I am so frustrated. I have some huge grad school finals coming up & I really need to get my ass in gear. I've been trying desperately & haven't been procrastinating but I can't do it b/c I feel soooo drained. I have tried everything to combat this. Went to bed early last night & got 8 hrs of sleep. Tried caffeine. Tried taking frequent breaks. Studying w/ others & alone. I've been trying to study all day & its going sooo slow & I'm retaining nothing! I even tried to read a funny article to take a break & I couldn't even do that. I am just fed up & I've worked too hard alll year to screw it all up now. If I don't get myself into shape by today then I can't get thru all the material before all of my exams. What can I do???? Please help me!

P.S. This is the first time it's ever been to this point. Usually, I can picture how stressful the event is, put my stress aside & just suck it up & get it done. I can't get to that point now!!
