my dad is 55 years old and hes alittle overweight, like its not like he cant walk but he just has a bit of a belly. he also has diabetes and mainly just has to watch his sugar intake which is why he'll generally have sugar free pudding or chocolate or yogurt. i try to have him work out but he's been working a lot lately and hasnt worked out in a while. he also tends to like , sneak foods tht are not good for him at all alot. like he would sneak like a half a sleeve of girl scout cookies and he ate about 8 entemins cookies last night and theres no way he can handle that amount of sugar. im trying to drill it into him that he needs to start living a better life but im getting so worried about him. what can i do to have him realize this kinda stuff and how he needs to start worrying about his health more and not go sneaking these bad foods. i'm 15 by the way.
