i have been working out four times a week for about two hours, and meeeting with a personal trainer once a week for and hour, but im not losing weight. i have been at this for a month and i have put on weight.

i have put on 10 pounds, my clothes have goten tighter and i have changed my diet i eat salads and oatmeal for breakfast. please help what am i doing wrong? what should i be getting from my personal trainer, cus this is my first one and im not sure what i should be exspecting
