Im trying to lose weight; is what im eating in a day good?

    7:20am Breakfast:
    2 Boiled eggs
    1 kiwi
Half a glass of apple juice

    10:30 Snack:
    1 Apple

    12:40 Lunch:
Wholemeal Sandwich with ham, lettuce, tomato
    OR
    Turkey/Ham/Tuna Salad

    4:15 Snack:
    1 Kiwi
    OR
    10 almonds

    6:15-6:30 Dinner:

Varies from grilled chicken with vegies, fish n vegies, etc and also a salad with just lettuce and some low-fat salad dressing.

And if I get hungry at night I usually have celery or a fruit or some low-fat cottage cheese (weight watchers brand).

I go to the gym 3-5+ times a week and burn 450-600 calories. I try to go for runs during the day too.

Would I lose weight doing this and is my meal plan alright?
    Thankyou in advance.

Obviously you would lose weight doing that, but what you described is an extremely strict diet and few people are capable of following it. However, you could still improve this diet by not eating anything after 5 pm (except a TINY snack if you're starving) and going to sleep around 11 pm or 12 midnight. Get at least 8 hours of sleep every night - it will work wonders! Good luck.
