For the past 6 months I have rode a bike for 25 minutes followed by running for 21 minutes at a 7mph pace 6 days a week. 4 days a week Ive been lifting weights. Ive eliminated sugar outside of the fruit I eat and have been right around 2200 calories a day. Some days a little more usually followed by a guilty conscience dictating less the next day. Altogether it's been right around my basic metabolic rate each day. I'm 6'1 and 140lbs. Everyone of course will tell me I'm underweight, but I feel great and still am not as lean as I'd like, so thats not what I'm trying to do. I started at a much flabbyer 160lbs and am looking pretty well defined everywhere with the last bit still on my stomach. Is this because I'm at a standstill and need even less calories, or is this just how long it takes? Does it make sense my stomach is the last place I have fat, and would you say staying at this pace i can achieve having that 6pack? I have virtually no fat left anywhere else. thanks
