i'm really lazy so i've decided to go jogging in the morning from now lol.
I can't even touch my toes my legs are really stiff and unfit.
Shall i stretch before i go jogging to loosen the muscles up cause they get big easily when i used to exersise a few years ago.
Do you think 25 mins a day 4-5 days a week along with eating healthily will help me lose about 4 pounds a week?
