i'm so skinny and i really do hate it. skinniness runs in my family so i know i don't have an eating disorder. i'm 13 years old, 5' 0, and 75 lbs. i'd really like to gain weight. here's my plan, how does it sound?

-drink protein shake
-keep track of what i eat each day
-do some weight training
-eat three meals and two snacks

also what if i gain weight and then lose it, how do i keep it on???

and i need some weight training exercises, i'm starting off with three pounder dumbells
