    I'm obese. Need to lose as much as possible in 2 months.?

    I'm 16. I'm 6'1'' and I weight about 265 lbs. I need help. I need to lose as much weight as possible in two months. My goal is for 35 lbs.. I was wondering if anyone had any good tips or exercise routines for doing so. Thank you. And please, don't go crazy on the insults. I already feel bad enough.

    cut out carbs ...no rice , bread , potatoes, or pasta....exercise first thing in the morning to get your metabolism going, even if it's just walking for a half hour or riding your bike. The morning is the best time ...and make sure you eat breakfast ....a healthy lite breakfast . Try to eat six small meals a day to keep your metabolism going..drink lots of water.
