Yes, I'm a newbie at working out. My first day at the gym will be tomorrow. I have never really worked out in a gym before, and I would like some suggestions on what I should warm up with, cool down with and what exercise I should focus on.
I would like to work on my middle section or my top half loll. My legs and calves are pretty define. But I wouldn't mind getting an all over workout.
