Thread: im on my period? help?

Right, i just started my period last night. But today i was meant to go swimming/spa/sauna/steambath with mum. And i promised her. So without breaking her heart, is there any solution where i can go there and have same fun but with period? would tampon help? :/

Yes, You can go swimming with a tampon.
At first it feels weird, But after, 10-20 minutes, You cant feel it.
Change it every 5 hours though.

Yeah, tampons are great for this. Another option is the diva cup. You can safely wear diva cups for up to 12 hours, but I'm assuming you don't have one of those...
