I'm lacking in energy because of doing too much working out?

Well I really don't get it either but Imma try and put it into simple words.
I've been doing extra work outs at home such as
1)2 sets of 50 knuckle push ups
    2)50 squats
    3)100 sec. v stretch
    4)30 sit ups
    5)25 rev ups(daily schedule)
Well I recently started to do this and eating lesser.
Is it just that I'm eating so little

that's why I'm feeling so unhealthy?
    And if so
how much calories do you recommend me to eat?

If you're working out you need to eat plenty of carbs and protein in order to have the energy to burn.

You also need plenty of rest (I aim for 9-10 hours a night), if you're serious about it, you eat, rest and exercise properly.

Make sure you drink at least 7-9 glasses of water a day, so you're not dehydrating as that can also be a factor.

Avoid takeaways and highly processed foods as they can make you feel sluggish and don't do much in terms of high energy fuel.
