So i was on a diet and i lost a lot of weight....i wasn't starving or something like that i was on a healthy diet and now i look and feel great I got used to the healthy food and all but idk why somehow i'm feeling hungry all the time. This started a few days ago and i've been eating a lot. I know that i'm gonna gain weight pls help me coz i've tried to control myself it's just stronger than me....Thanks
