Hi guys,

Just wanted your opinion on this question. I currently weigh 55kgs (120lbs) and am 5'11 (1.80m), BMI is 17. Now according to a BMI chart I am underweight, although I feel healthy as I do loads of excercise and am in great shape for a 22 yo male. I have recently started eating 3,000 calories a day but am not seeing any weight gain and am genuinly finding it difficult to consume this amount of calories. Should I revert back to a 2,000 - 2,500 calories a day diet or continue on 3,000?? As I said before I feel healthy but I am officially "underweight"
