I have been depressed for quite a long time and I admit that i have always been overweight and at times, incredibly unfit and it's been happening in a cycle too.. because of the depression, I can't find any motivation to keep a healthy and active lifestyle, so i result to spending way too much time on the computer, and inside and at times i even socially isolate myself. My questions are:

- Any ideas of what i can do to try and ignore these negative thoughts in my head?
- How can i motivate myself to go for that run, or not to eat that fattening thing in the pantry?
- What are some things i can do instead of watching TV & going on the computer?
