I'm 44 years old, 250 lbs, 6'3", and my job involves a lot of physical activity...A LOT. I don't eat a whole lot at one time, but I eat all day long, good food and bad.

Exercising is not a problem, but no amount of exercising will help me lose weight until I can control this voracious appetite. I would like to get down to 200 lbs this new year. Any suggestions?
