    I'm 5'8 147 pounds and 16 years old how much should i bench?

    how much weight should i be benching. tell me some tips and stuff , plz help me out..

    I would think you would start benching your weight.

    The rule I've heard for weight training is to determine the most that you can lift for one rep. (Have a spotter, for sure). Then back off to 80% of that to work out multiple reps.

    theres no set requirement for any age or size.

    healty i day 50-80% of your weight, if not your bodyweight.

    do a powerlifting routine to increase strength and ofcourse add muscle.

    eat and sleep are main facotrs in this game so get it right to see improvemnets
