Im sure you will grow into your height, however, eat healthy carbs and proteins. Don't skimp on the veggies or anything either. Make sure you are eating plenty of calories. Look up the standard calorie intake for a little above your weight, and you can get to it. You could also run and do weight training to build muscle.
you should be having a balanced diet, so if you want to be more muscular, increased your intake of everything, dont load up on one specific food group
