meal a day. [read details] I'm getting love handles and i really want to lose them. I sleep at 2-4 am and wake up at 2 pm in the summer, that's why i only eat one meal and i'm fine for the rest of the day. i don't eat greasy foods, i try to stay away from fast food as much as possible. Eating sometimes once or twice in a couple of months. people say i'm skinny but i think i'm fat because i have a very small 'pouch' which people tell me is mostly baby fat.
1) what can i do to lose the pouch and love handles?
2) am i at the correct weight for my age and height?
3) i've only hit one growth spert, is that all for me?!
4) i used to play soccer but i had to quit and since i work, i dont have time to go out and jog everyday. So in place, i wear a big hoodie and just dance in my room til i really sweat.
5) i used to do 200 sit ups every night but it never worked.


Help please!
