Is it muscle weight?
I would talk to your Doctor about it, but otherwise make sure you are eating the foods, you are going through puberty and a lot of times you gain weight just keep active and do not eat a lot of junk and it will come off
Drink 8 glasses of water a day, and eat healthy. That means limiting carbs (bread, pasta) and increasing high fiber foods (oatmeal, fruits, veggies). Drink milk and cranberrry juice (not too much, though). Eats lots of dairy (non-fat yogurt, lowfat cheese, cottage cheese, ect).
