...i keep getting cravings..help? I try to eat healthy ,and i exercise alot-everyday to be precise but the one problem that i suffer from is that i keep getting cravings and when i get hungary i tend to eat then want more and more and more and i cant stop myself because i think that i have eaten unhealthily so i might aswell carry on eating bad.Please help!!!I can eat healthy the whole day but when it comes down to dinner i always pig out and eat soo much and take in soo many calories that i start thinking all the effort and time i spent into working out and jogging and going gym and going swimming has now been wasted because i have eat soo many calories that the calories i burned off with exercise has now been taken in again through me eating unhealthily and oigging out ....please help!!!!!
